  Our deepfreezer went out this past weekend. We just bought it in March 2016, it is October 2016. Our deepfreezer was not cheap either. I called Home Depot. They told me to call this company, so I did.(10/17/16). I got an answer, the lady said her employee will call us back. Well they did and then while on hold, they hung up. I have been trying to call back since Monday, and they have not answered. I called HD today, (10/19/2016) and they told me to call them again. I wish they would just make an appt. and come look at it.
